4 pm, Garland Square, come join me for a tour!  $10 cash, 45 minutes around the Square, cool history stories, great architecture.  Should be lovely weather.  We leave from the front of the Frocksy.

I was mistaken about Urban Flea market being this weekend on the Garland Square!  It was canceled and I was not paying attention.  Blarg.  However, you can still get your shop on at:

  • The Frocksy, where our tours start. They have all kinds of beautiful vintage clothes, handmade jewelry, and…….Golden Girls candles.
  • Wild Grace – a gorgeous shop across the street from Fish N Tails (pick up your turkey leg!).
  • Boogie Nights – vintage clothes from all eras. Delightful shoe collection.

When you are done shopping, grab delicious Fair Fare at any of the local restaurants.  They all have at least one State Fair featured food on their menu from funnel cakes to corn dogs to caramel apple latte to fried Thanksgiving on a stick.

Let me be the Dorothy to your Blanche.
