Clara had her own YouTube channel called Great Depression Cooking in which she starred in short videos covering basic meals from her childhood. She was in her 90s when her grandson (?) started filming her for the series and she kept it up for several years – she lived to the age of 98.
Even if you don’t need cooking tips, she is an uplifting and gentle soul for your YouTube viewing queue. And she is thrilled with her own cooking at the end of each video.
