Another Old Red Museum sibling!
Pictured here: The Scollard Building, designed by Max Orlopp c. 1885, on Main Street in Dallas. That would be several years before Old Red and the previous Jasper County Courthouse. Much like those two buildings, though, is the use of thick walls, rounded arches and rustication (leaving the stones in a rough state). The Scollard building housed many businesses.
As best I can tell from old photographs and addresses, the Scollard Building was either consumed by the construction of the Republic Bank Building or torn down to make way. The Republic Bank Building is often called the Davis Building around these parts and has recently been re-christened the Drakestone. It stands at 1309 Main Street.
